White House to Nominate Francis Harvey as Next Pentagon CIO

President Bush intends to nominate businessman Francis Harvey to become the Pentagon's next chief information officer, according to a White House announcement. Harvey would succeed John Stenbit as the assistant secretary of defense for networks and information integration. Harvey is vice chairman of Duratek in Columbia, MD, according to the Nov. 3 White House statement.
