The head of Army Training and Doctrine Command talked about the service's Multi-Domain Battle concept recently:

The Army wants its Multi-Domain Battle concept to allow the service to "change continually," according to Gen. David Perkins, chief of Training and Doctrine Command.

A new THAAD intercept test took place over the weekend:

MDA conducts experimental THAAD flight test, event not part of publicly disclosed test plan

The Missile Defense Agency conducted an experimental flight test of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system over the weekend, an event designed to collect "threat data" from a THAAD interceptor while in flight, according to the agency.

Looks like the Air Force's GPS ground-control station will undergo a further delay:

The Air Force is anticipating an additional schedule slip to the GPS next-generation ground control segment, and has requested a nine-month schedule extension to complete development.

Don't expect the modified helmet used by F-35 pilots to be ready for an upcoming at-sea test this autumn:
