Protester: Global Dimensions

What GAO found: Global Dimensions protested the Air Force's award of a contract to Bluehawk for commercial exercise planning and translation services for U.S. Central Command headquarters, arguing the Air Force misevaluated Bluehawk's proposal.

Global Dimensions also contended the Air Force violated the solicitation's evaluation criteria by making the award on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis, according to the GAO. However, GAO denied the protest.
