The Space Force this week wrapped up its first Schriever Wargame, bringing together eight countries for a two-day training exercise.

The 14th iteration of the space training event, which focused on strategic messaging in the space domain, was held virtually and included representatives from Japan, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, France, United Kingdom and Germany.

The Space Force said in a Nov. 4 press release the event was divided into two segments -- a deep-dive in September and a coalition council that took place this week and was chaired by Chief of Space Operations Gen. John Raymond.

“Our unique advantage is the ability to seamlessly integrate multi-domain capabilities from multiple allies and partners to create synergistic effects,” Raymond said in the release.

The wargame yielded recommendations around using coordinated strategic messaging to gain “operational and strategic advantage.” The coalition used those recommendations to craft a roadmap meant to strengthen partnerships in the space domain.
