The House Armed Services strategic forces subcommittee is scheduled to host a panel of outside experts to discuss strategic challenges in space.

Wednesday

The House Armed Services emerging threats and capabilities subcommittee is scheduled to host a panel discussion on the importance of Defense Department laboratories.

Friday

Carter will speak at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in Honolulu, Hawaii.
