Air Force confirms 3DELRR acquisition baseline set in late April

The Air Force confirmed this week an acquisition program baseline for the Three-Dimensional Expeditionary Long Range Radar was signed in late April, and the service is on track to begin testing of the system in fiscal year 2020. Spokesman Ben Newell declined to provide details on the 3DELRR program's cost and schedule baseline, but told Inside Defense the APB was signed April 23. The service awarded Raytheon a $52 million contract in May 2017 to develop the 3DELRR system...
